If we did not create your design, you may submit your design to us as a computer file in these formats: .pdf, .jpg, .bmp, .cdr (v11) .ai, or .eps, or even on paper.

Your file will then have to be converted to a stitch pattern file for the embroidery machines to read. This process is called digitizing, and is priced by the number of stitches. Most logos are 4000 to 5000 stitches. Our price is $8 per 1000 stitches.

Art must be in camera-ready format (vector). To qualify as camera-ready, the computer file must be in these formats: .cdr (convert text to curves) version 11 or previous, .ai (convert text to outlines), or .eps (convert text to outlines) and must be editable.

If you art file is not in one of these formats, you may submit it as: .pdf, .jpg, or .bmp, or even on paper. We can convert it to the right format for a charge. Most logos are type 1, which costs $40 to convert.

Mountain Top Designs has a library of clip art and we can quickly put together a design for you. Once you approve the order, we will submit three designs for your review, then make any changes (font, size, color, etc.) to the design you like. “Design Service” - $50

Our graphic artist can also create your logo or design from scratch to make your own unique design. We will quote this on a project basis, but simple logos take 1 ½ to 3 hours. “Art Service” - $65 per hour

Some projects require text with no graphics or adding text to an existing logo or graphic. We will layout the text in the specified imprint size. “Typesetting” - $25

Reference Color Chart

PMS color chart to choose a color. (Caution: use as a guide only. Monitors may vary in how the colors are displayed.) To insure a truly accurate color match, you should refer to an actual PMS color swatch book which we can show you.

Use this guide to assist your color selection and specification process. Do not rely on it as your only method for final color selection.
