Typical Youth Sizing would be Extra Small (2-4), Small (6-8), Medium (10-12), Large (14-16), & Extra Large (18-20)
Adult sizing, also known as Men’s or Unisex, would range from Extra Small to Plus Sizes (2X and above). Please note that not all garments are offered in all Plus Sizes. Additionally, we do offer suppliers that carry Men’s Tall Sizing as well. Plus Sizes and Tall Sizes would have an upcharge associated.
Many styles do have a matching Ladies or Women’s sizing. They typically have a tapered fit and will be shorter in length. Sizing is offered in Extra Small to Plus Sizes as well.
Many people ask about whether t-shirts shrink after laundering. The key is that if a t-shirt is labeled as being preshrunk and manufacturer’s directions are followed, you will not experience a large amount of shrinkage. It is always a good idea to wash in cold and tumble dry low (or hang dry).

Once your logo or design is decided, the placement of the design will dictate the size the design needs to be. The typical placement of a t-shirt design is the left chest or the left chest and full back combined. Other placements are available such as sleeve or pant leg.
Whether we create the design or you have a design, we will work with you to get the placement that looks the best for the product you have chosen. The artwork for screen printing must be in “camera-ready format” or also known as “vector artwork”. To qualify as “camera-ready”, the computer file must be in one of these formats: .Corel Draw (.cdr) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps). If you artwork is not in one of these formats, you may submit it as: .pdf, .jpg, or .bmp. We can convert it to the right format. See Art & Design Services for more info.

Your estimate will include style, color and sizes of the tees you have chosen. For screen printing, there will be setup fees for making film and screens, and art charges if necessary (to convert art to vector art.)
Screen printing setup charges are based on the number of colors in the design and the size of the design. Our setup charges for apparel are very simple, $30 per color and sizing location (left chest, full back, etc.). An electronic proof is provided in most cases prior to final production on your order.
The formal quote will provide a cost per garment that includes the screen printing. Screen printed prices per garment are reduced at higher quantities. Typically, quantity breaks would be 12, 24, 48, 72 garments. Each quantity break would have a lower “per unit” cost.
